Lake ROSE LAVENDER

Is an Illustrator, designer & cartoonist based in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Canada.

Lake's creative career began in 2017 when she worked as a sketch artist for a headstone and monument company in New Brunswick. There, she learned about software, design for print, texture, typography and layout.

Over the years, businesses have recruited her to design event advertisements and illustrations for books, and various other print. She makes projects look distinct with her pop art style, striking colour palettes and crisp, bold outlines that grab viewer's eye. Her love of sketch has additionally allowed her to produce character concepts for independent animations and cartoons.

She enjoys biking and swimming with her dog OG - when she is not glued to her drawing tablet. Lake earned a bachelors in Psychology from Ryerson University in Toronto and is a self-taught digital artist.
